2.Program Description
PGL Trans LLC sends SMS text message notifications to shippers, motor carriers, and drivers relating to freight shipment operations. Messages may include:
- Load assignment and dispatch confirmations
- Requests to download or accept a load in the WakeDrive tracking app
- Pickup and delivery status updates
- Shipment tracking links
- Estimated time of arrival updates
- Operational notifications tied to a specific booked load
This program is strictly operational. We do not send marketing, promotional, or solicitation messages through it.
3.Consent and Opt-In
Consent to receive SMS notifications is obtained in two ways, both tied to a specific booked load:
- Written. Express SMS consent language is included in the rate confirmation signed by the carrier for each load. A specimen is available at atfgw.com/sample-rate-confirmation.
- Verbal. Consent given to a PGL Trans representative during load booking, recorded with the date, the name of the person consenting, the mobile number, and the load number.
Consent is not a condition of doing business with us, and it is not a condition of any purchase. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers from third parties, and we do not share opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
4.Message Frequency
Message frequency varies with your shipment activity. Typical volume is one to five messages per active load.
5.Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
6.Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will get a one time confirmation, and you will receive no further SMS notifications. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or phone communication about your loads.

Messages are supported on all major United States wireless carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
