This page shows a specimen of the rate confirmation PGL Trans LLC issues to motor carriers for every booked load. Section 7 contains the express written SMS consent language the carrier signs. All names, numbers, and rates below are fictitious and shown for illustration only.

1. Rate and Payment
The agreed rate is payment in full for the transportation described above. Invoices must include a signed bill of lading and this confirmation.
2. Tracking Requirement
Carrier agrees to maintain electronic visibility for the duration of this load through the WakeDrive application or an approved equivalent.
3. Double Brokering Prohibited
This load may not be re-brokered, interlined, or otherwise transferred without prior written authorization.
4. Insurance
Carrier certifies current auto liability and cargo coverage meeting the minimums on file at time of dispatch.
5. Detention and Accessorials
Accessorial charges require prior approval and supporting documentation.
6. Claims
Claims are governed by the carrier agreement on file between the parties.
7. Text Message Notifications
By signing this rate confirmation and providing a mobile number, Carrier and its assigned driver expressly consent to receive operational text messages from PGL Trans LLC (ATFGW) regarding this load, including load assignment, instructions to download or accept the load in the WakeDrive tracking application, pickup and delivery status, and tracking links.
Message frequency varies, typically one to five messages per load. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of being awarded this or any future load.

Verbal consent is accepted as an alternative when a load is booked by phone. In that case a PGL Trans representative records the date, the name of the person consenting, the mobile number, and the load number in our transportation management system.
