PGL Trans LLC operates as ATFGW, an independently operated agency of Greatwide Truckload Management, arranging full truckload freight transportation under MC-340975. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2.Information We Collect
- Business contact information. Name, company, job title, email address, mailing address, and phone numbers, including mobile numbers.
- Carrier and driver information. MC and DOT numbers, insurance certificates, equipment details, driver name, and tractor or trailer identifiers, collected for load execution and carrier vetting.
- Shipment information. Pickup and delivery locations, commodity, appointment times, and status updates.
- Location data. When a driver uses the WakeDrive tracking app, location is collected during an active load only, for the purpose of shipment visibility.
- Website usage. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
3.How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Quote, book, dispatch, track, and settle freight shipments
- Send operational notifications by email, phone, and SMS
- Verify carrier authority, insurance, and safety standing
- Meet recordkeeping obligations under federal transportation rules
- Prevent fraud, double brokering, and identity misuse
4.Mobile Information and SMS
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS notifications is used solely to deliver operational messages about your loads, and is shared only with the messaging providers required to transmit those messages.

5.Who We Share Information With
We share information only as needed to move freight and run the business: with the motor carrier assigned to your load, with the shipper or consignee involved, with Greatwide Truckload Management as our agency network, with service providers such as messaging, mapping, and carrier vetting vendors, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6.Retention
We retain shipment and carrier records for the period required by applicable federal transportation and tax recordkeeping rules, and for as long as needed to resolve claims and disputes.
7.Security
Information is stored on access controlled systems with encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.Your Choices
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Certain records must be retained where federal regulations require it.
9.Children
Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
